The EHA has launched a major consultation to understand patient care for Adolescents and Young Adults (AYA) with hematological diagnoses across Europe, and they would like to hear from you: practicing clinical hematologists specializing in pediatric or adult patients, researchers, or part of the wider hematology community.
This initiative is designed to map the European landscape and highlight the unmet needs and challenges in care available to AYAs. Your valuable feedback can help shape the future of care in malignant and non-malignant hematological diagnoses!
This survey strives to understand country-specific definitions of "AYA" and patient access to facilities and treatment services. It should take less than ten minutes to complete and by taking part, you'll be contributing to positive change and helping to inform future care for AYA patients!
